Information you send

When you use the contact form, Mako receives the name, email address, company, category and message you choose to send. If you email us directly, we receive the information in that message. The form is processed by FormSubmit, which forwards submissions to our email address. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether Mako can help and communicate about any work you agree to pursue. We do not use the form to enrol you in marketing emails. Please do not send confidential pricing or contracts through the initial form.

Storage and sharing

Enquiries are held in our email service and may be kept in working records needed to respond or deliver an agreed project. We do not sell the information. We only share project information with suppliers or professional advisers where needed for an agreed purpose.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete information about you, subject to applicable legal and business record obligations. Email rob@makoprocurement.co.uk with your request.

Site hosting and spam protection

The hosting provider may process basic technical information, such as IP addresses and access logs, to deliver and protect the website. FormSubmit uses spam protection, including reCAPTCHA, when a visitor submits the form. Those services have their own privacy practices. This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies.
